My name is Ally, I am a KGH-certified teacher, and I am here to give you all the tools and evidence-based information you need to feel comfortable, relaxed and in control during pregnancy and birth.

SESSION 1
How hypnobirthing works, the physiology of birth, birth hormones and environment, and how the mind affects labour.

SESSION 2
The role of fathers and birthing partners, breathing techniques and visualisations, positive affirmations and anchors for relaxation, how to read a relaxation script and anything else that will help you feel comfortable

SESSION 3
Understanding the choices offered during pregnancy and their consequences, effective communication with caregivers, decision-making tools, birth rights and informed consent, induction, pelvic floor exercises, and perineal massage.

SESSION 4
Stages of labour, the birth, visualisation and breathing during birth, delivery locations, pain relief, the golden hour, placenta and optimal cord clamping, vitamin K, and birthing plan.
